How to prove my identity?

Sephora is still refusing to process my order because some information wasn’t verified in the three phone calls I made to them. This is ridiculous. What do people have to do to get an order placed around here? Seems like this should be a normal thing to do. I ordered during the sale, got my account deactivated, called and placed a new order, it was canceled, and now I still can’t place a new order. You guys are insane if you don’t believe it’s me. So sorry that I own two houses, so one address is for billing and the other is for shipping. Guess I’ll just change that. Then will your stupid system work? Ridiculous. 

WOW. Forget to check a box and then try to post again and you automatically get accused of post flooding. 🤣🤣 Fix your systems, Sephora.
