Gift card number scratched off

Hello, I received a gift card recently for $100 and when I went to use the card online and removed the sticker, the number on the back scratched off. I went to the store with the gift receipt and the card to have them scan it or swipe it to use on my purchases and it did not work. They said to contact support and that they can’t do anything in store. Please help!

Hi this also happened to me, once I scratched off the back of my $50 gift card the numbers came off and they couldn't do anything about it in store or on the phone with customer service. What do I do?!

Hi this happened to me also. So basically I went in store and they said it was empty but it was brand new.

my kid over scratched the Sephora card I bought for their mom it’s $150 and $100 please help me out with it
