Gift Card Scam

I got a Sephora gift card on March 13th valued at $100. I had scratched the back and there was only 4 digit PIN code, this meant I could not use the card online so I went in store. When I went in store the girl working told me that the card was invalid so I have to call customer support. I called, and gave them my card number and they pulled up the card information, then proceeded to tell me that the card had been used on March 19th 7 times online on the Sephora website. After a bit of explaining they said there wasn’t anything they could do. This is very frustrating as it seems to be happening to many people. Please fix this issue.
