Fleet optics did not deliver my package, BEWARE

I made a relatively small order online that was supposed to be delivered today by fleet optics but was NOT! Sephora told me they could not “offer any assistance on the matter” and could not reship my items because they had “assisted me” before when I in fact, have never ordered from their online portal! I was told to get in contact with fleet optics by Sephora and when I did they told they do not handle redeliveries and that I would need to get in touch with Sephora for that. BEWARE! This is a terrible shipping company and Sephora has made it clear they do not care about their customers or actually ensuring the item we PAID for is actually delivered! Terrible customer service on the matter, do not order from here it is not worth the risk!!
