FREE SAMPLES MISSING

Today I was so excited because I bought a product today because I saw that one of my favorite fragrances was available for a free sample. I was so excited to get my free sample, when to my surprise I open my package, and it isn’t there. Like, I get it that it was a free sample and it isn’t that big of a deal. But, it is just upsetting to see that such a big company like Sephora can’t even guarantee small things like this.
