Error message

When I try to do anything on my account it gives me the message of "There is an error with your email and/or password. Passwords are 6 to 12 characters long. Please try again or click "Forgot Password?""... even when i change my password it still says this message. Now when I'm attempting to log in again it shows me this, anyone know what is happening?
