Completely wrong samples sent with order/Annoyed!

I recently received my order in the mail and got the COMPLETE wrong samples! 2 out of the 3 samples I chose are still showing as available for selection if I place a new order but yet I the samples I received are not even comparable to what I initially chose! The samples I was given are products I would have NEVER chose for myself and the samples that I did initially pick are samples of products I've been eyeing for some time and wanted to try before committing to purchasing the full-sized product! Has anyone else had this happen when the samples they chose still showed as available?

Same thing happens to me all the time now. Out of about twenty recent samples, maybe one was the same. Frustrating!
