Canceled Order, Refunding Rewards?

I cancelled an order in which, I also redeemed some points for products. I forgot to add a promo code. I was going to immediately place my order again, having added the missing code. But my points were not refunded. Since the order was cancelled, those points were never actually redeemed correct? I would expect them to be refunded, just like my money was right? When could I expect my points to be refunded?

This happened to me before and I never got the points back, such b.s! Did you ever get your points back??

@dianamariee If you're referring to the order that was placed today, I see that your 500 points were restored.

@CandaceJCR The points should be refunded within 24 hours of cancellation.
