Broken Foundation Pump

I bought the Sephora brand foundation maybe 2 months ago. After using it I realized it was NOT the right shade so I’ve barely used it. Only when I’m in an emergency and I don’t have anything else to use. But the pump stopped working. There’s still plenty of product in it so it’s not like I used it all and I’m trying to “exchange” it for a full new bottle, but would I still be able to exchange it for the same brand but also a different shade?
