Damaged Hair

Hey guyyss I’ve had natural straight blonde hair since I was a kid but it has darkened as I’ve gotten older. I’m 19 now and started lightening it through balyage over the last few years every 6 months roughly. But now I’ve noticed that my hair has become very frizzy and wavy ish when air dried and looks overall damaged. I’ve cut off as much dead ends while maintaining some length, using a hair mask and oiling my scalp with rosemary oil and don’t know what to do next. If you can suggest any routines or products that would be amazing as I’m trying to grow it out as much as I can.
