Encourage using the search function before posting

Hello!  An influx of people have joined the beauty talk community- which is great!  However, many of them are asking the same repeat questions over and over again - some that already have some great answers buried in the last few pages of the forum.  I think to keep the forums fresh, easy to access, and a knowledgable gateway- we should encourage a search before posting!  Maybe this can be posted as a sticky in the Welcome/Getting started section?!  Also, maybe the moderator(s) can link to past posts and give a friendly reminder.  I do think it would make the boards more accessable to everyone.

When I posted a question, it did come up with a search for it, but I think people skip over that part, cause it will ask you if you still want to post your question. I think they need to make the search part more noticeable.
