Yea just one thing, they don’t make perfume samples which are the ones I’m usually excited for and most of the time I never get them ..

This has been ongoing already for some time, since like the beginning of summer, they sometimes don’t add anything new for like 3weeks, or if they add something nice it’s gone quick and again you stuck with the same unwanted things which are there for weeks and weeks, yea the rewards system really sucks so as the customer support recently, my suggestion move to Ulta, they have so much better rewards system and you can get so much better samples and gifts with purchase and they change every day, like you can get 4 YSL perfume minis with 80$ purchase where here you get 1 if you spend 40$

Yea it’s the same thing every year, if your bday is in December you basically can’t choose anything cause it’s nothing left, kinda annoying same thing every year.. the new gifts this year are nothing good to even choose from so good, no disappointment in December for me 😅
