Hey Canadian BTers! I have a sneak peek for you of a new CANADA EXCLUSIVE Beauty Insider 10K Kat Von D reward, launching TOMORROW.

But Candace, you ask, why are you telling us about this now when the Epic Rewards aren't being released until August 10th?

Well one, because you're my peeps. But also because the trip (yes, trip) is on August 15th, so we couldn't wait until August 10th to break the news.

Please note that all Canadians who are opted into email and have 10k+ points will be emailed about this tomorrow morning. The email will include the information on how to redeem the reward (there is only one available). But we wanted to let BT know today, since it is pretty epic (even though it's not *technically* an epic reward :)). Cheers!

I've decided not to go for it. For me, there's not enough info on whether you get to bring a friend or if it's just you, what value of products are given, and I already work in Toronto, so the travel costs are moot to me, and Toronto isn't that exciting when you spend Mon-Fri there as it is haha. As much as I'd love the perk (and if it were KVD there herself, I wouldn't care that it was in Toronto!), it's value would be more worthwhile to someone else.

I'm happy they are offering something Canadian exclusive that sounds worthwhile in terms of points value, I'm just not into KVD stuff, so better for it to go to someone who is!

I think this is still a good perk, but not the perk for me. I'm just trying to talk myself out of it hehehe. If it were in a different city though, like Ottawa or Vancouver, I'd be more inclined to go as it would be more exciting. So I hope whomever gets this is excited to spend some time in Toronto who normally wouldn't be able to 🙂

Do Rhode Island residents get a chance at this reward? 

Who remembers that? Some offer where Canadians and residents of Rhode Island were both excluded. I honestly don't even remember what it was for.

Because the Canadians are excluded from all the other trips (Paris, LA and New York.)
