order cancelled

So i placed my first online order and it said it was confirmed. i got my confirmation email, a text saying the money was spent, checked my bank account and the money said it went through. i checked my app 20 minutes later to screenshot to show my boyfriend what i got, and it said “ cancelled” with no notice, the money was back in my account but as in a first time online orderer, was it truly cancelled? i’m confused and don’t know what’s going on.
