Hey BIC, I hope you’ve enjoyed November! 🤗 Mine started on an upswing riding the high of spooky season 👻, which led me to finally snagging a longtime love I’ve had on my wishlist . . . THEE MAKE UP FOREVER HD Skin Face Essentials Palette — and let me tell you, she does not disappoint! 😍 While I’ve been keeping it lowkey post daylight savings, this new babe allows me to pull LEWKS at a moment’s notice and I cannot recommend it enough. RUN don’t walk if it’s not part of your collection yet! 💨

My other focus has been combatting the dreaded cold weather dryness from head to toe. Best believe I have all my creams, oils and serums on deck! My skincare routines have been extended, but I’ll be savoring this self-care indulgence as long as humanly possible. 💅

I'm a little late, but these are my November favorites 😃

• The Ulta Sugared Gumdrop candle smells like grape candy and has an excellent throw 🍇😋

• Versace Bright Crystal Absolu Eau de Parfum is probably my most favorite perfume at the moment - it's what I reach for the most and always receive compliments when I wear it (even my husband likes it! 😀) It's a fresh, fruity, floral scent, but definitely leans more fruity. I'm already on my second bottle!

• Ellis Brooklyn APPLE LOVE Eau de Parfum 1.7 oz / 50 mL Eau de Parfum smells delicious! Like a candy-apple, fruity, floral 🍎

• Carolina Herrera Good Girl Eau de Parfum Supreme besides having the best packaging, this perfume is a warm, super sexy, sweet-floral scent that I love!

• Innisfree Nourishing Cream with Ginger Honey Facial Cream I LOVE this cream. Perfect for super dry skin like mine - so thick and so moisturizing! Love the light ginger-honey scent too. Already on my second jar. Not sure if I'll be able to find more since both jars came from Marshall's. Will definitely buy more if I come across them again.

• Winky Lux Peeper Perfect Under-Eye Concealer This is my new favorite concealer! It works great on dry skin and gives a nice smooth and bright, sorta dewy look. I've even used as a foundation when I was in a pinch and it worked so well! I have already gone through several tubes and have not yet found anything I like better!

Ahhhh, so many fabulous scents @Shosh85‌‌ ❣️ I love the packaging for the Good Girl fragrance series; I think the original is still my favorite but I should line 'em up and given them all a spritz just to be sure. 😉 EB Apple Love is such a pretty fragrance - on its own and layered. I think there was another Versace scent you really liked - I'm pretty sure it was you - it was in a purple bottle?

Ohhh, you know how I feel about discontinued Kbeauty skincare. 😖 I'm keeping my fingers crossed that that innisfree moisturizer is just going through repackaging - innisfree repackaged their other lines - green tea, orchid, cherry blossom, etc. 🤞🤞

You have an exceptional memory @itsfi! Yes, I really love the Versace Dylan Purple Eau de Parfum too! I think I like the Bright Crystal Absolu just a smidge more. 😉

I absolutely love shopping at Marshalll's/TJ Maxx, but sometimes it can be bitter sweet! 🥹I'll keep looking out for it, but I'm not holding my breath 😕

Oh, interesting, you like this one more, @Shosh85. I picked up a deluxe sample of Dylan Purple based on your love of it and liked it; I picked up a full size too. Making a note (but it has an asterisk next to it, reminding me that I have a lot of perfumes to work through first. Hahaha!

I've had some good finds at TJ Maxx / Marshalls but mainly when I've been out of town. That actually helps me to rein in how many things I pick up. lol.

@peculiarzmakeup It's so weird because I've never been a big perfume wearer either, because I'd always get headaches, so I used to only get body sprays! I'm not sure if it's my hormones or body chemistry changing, but I just recently started getting into perfumes and being able to tolerate them! 🤷‍♀️ I do tend to go for more of the sweet and/or fruity ones though 😉

We've got some well seasoned tried-and-true's and a couple of newer beauties rounding out my November favorites.

I reached for the Then I Met You Living Cleansing Balm Makeup Remover for most of November for both my first and second cleanses. A little goes a long way and this balm melts and glides beautifully and easily upon contact with skin. I love that it removes all my eye makeup without causing any stinging or blurring. I've also been giving myself a facial massage with this and my knuckles (budget friendly tool, indeed!) during the second cleanse step. It's Tool Time - The BIC Beauty Edition

SEPHORA COLLECTION Cream Lip Stain 10HR Liquid Lipstick 80 Honeymoon is a new find for me. It's described as a matte peach tone pink on the product page but looks like the pretty burgundy shade I've been wanting for the longest time! 😍

EADEM Milk Marvel Dark Spot Serum with Niacinamide and Vitamin C 1 oz/ 30 mL is a must have year-round. It reduces my dark spots / sun spots / spots from healing acne and makes my skin looking and feeling brightener and smoother.

I love how the L'Occitane Cleansing And Softening Refillable Shower Oil With Almond Oil transforms to a lightly foaming milky consistency upon contact with my skin and water. What I love even more is that this is not a heavy oil - it washes off cleanly and smoothly, leaving my skin feeling hydrated and without a filmy residue

Last, but not least, the HigherDOSE Infrared PEMF Go Mat for Recovery and Stress Reduction has been a worthwhile investment. It's been really helpful in loosening tight or tense muscles after a workout or just a great way to relax and wind down as part of my self care routine before bed. 👍 I was a little concerned about whether or how useful it would be, especially given the price point, but it's been well worth it.

P.S. @KhyleyBT, I did pick up MAKE UP FOR EVER HD Skin Face Essentials – Longwear Full Face Cream Palette - I mean, it was on sale. I haaaad to get it! 😉

@itsfi That's wonderful the cleansing balm is so effective. It takes all of your eye makeup off without having to use a separate eye makeup remover? If so, I may need to give it a try.

@PrettyPaint, I wear waterproof mascara most of the time and my pre-cleanse step typically involves soaking a cotton pad wtih micellar water and pressing that on my eyelids for a few minutes to help break up the waterproof mascara before going into my first cleanser. I've not had to do that with this cleansing balm. There's a mini version - Then I Met You Living Cleansing Balm Makeup Remover 0.67 oz / 20 ml - it's packed with a lot of product but that might be a good way to give it a try. The products are slated to be in store at the end of February - I'm sorta hoping they have deluxe samples available as a promo gwp with a minimum spend before it launches in stores.

@peculiarzmakeup, the shower oil is so luxe - a little goes a long way and love how it makes my skin feel soft and nourished, before stepping out of the shower and applying moisturizer. 👍 They have a L'Occitane Cleansing And Softening Shower Oil With Almond Oil Mini 2.5 oz/ 75 mL if that's better way to try it out.
