@iamme196912 I know at my store they book clients before the store opens not sure how long before. I know I saw someone at least 30 minutes before we opened. We have our beauty studio in the front sort of closed off a little secluded but of course you will still be seen. I would call your local store and ask for more details as each store is different.

@momotarutaru Maybe try a depilatory cream hair remover. Nair makes one for the body and a separate one for the face. Hth.

@JamieBucc The makeup artists at Sephora are usually pretty excited to assist someone who’s newly exploring makeup options. There’s no greater joy than introducing someone to what you’re passionate about. I suggest going online and finding some sample looks to show the artist when you go into they have an idea what kind of style you’re aiming for. I would go in with a fresh face and maybe a list of questions you might have. They will generally do one side of your face and instruct you as to what technique you need to replicate the same thing on the other side. It’s fun and it’s incredible how fast you can progress in your makeup skills with a little instruction. also, don’t be afraid to write notes so once you’re home you can remember the steps and techniques.

@Amandapetal I’m AMAB genderfluid. I have done a makeup application session and a group lesson before at Sephora. Makeup application was a wonderful experience. I had a great artist working with me. She asked me for inspiration and taught me tricks to replicate the look at home. She took the time to ensure I felt comfortable. It was a lovely experience. @Amandapetal It really depends on the store layout. Some stores have makeup application in the middle of the store while others have them somewhere in the corner. I have only seen one so far that has a dedicated area that is on the second floor and away from the rest of the store. It is possible to request times that are before the rest of the store is open to the public and to request the services be done in an area that is quieter.
