This year is going to be a little different - simplified. Easy. Every month will have a new theme, and that's it. Feel free to join in whenever and wherever. Most importantly - have fun!

Spring Fling - Baskets and bouquets, showers of much-anticipated rain...this month's focus is herbal and floral sensory delights 💮

Exactly @quspork! 100% agree. I’m always a little confused how the QC process works when it comes to the disconnect with the scent from the fragrance they add and the scent you would expect to get from a particular key ingredient. 🤔 I mean, don’t get me wrong, I’m perfectly on board if snail 🐌 mucin masks smell like something else (I mean bring on a floral or signature sheet mask scent) 😆 but when it comes to floral or fruit centered sheet masks, it wouldn’t hurt if they smelled like the flower or the fruit in question.

Exactly, @itsfi and I'm even fine with masks that have no real scent or just that basic sheet mask scent, but if you're going to the trouble of adding fragrance anyway... Doesn't it just make sense to add something pleasant and similar to the named key ingredient of the mask?! 🤔

@quspork, it makes all the sense in the world to me - match the added fragrance to the scent of the key ingredient. It's so interesting how that is not often the case. 😆 It makes me wonder if scent/smell is a trait that is evaluated when doing a quality control test for sheet masks.

Awww, thank you @Cissy63! 😊 Whenever I see new sheet masks from the brand, I always wonder how it compares to the older ones. And well, there's only one way to really know, right? 😆

Yeah, I'm not sure about the anti-pollution masks - I mean, if I wear the mask will it stop pollution? I think not.. Around the time I first started getting into sheet masks, the idea of "anti-polluaging" skincare was trending. I think "anti-polluaging" is a better term, the idea being that the mask contains skincare ingredients that are meant to reduce or cancel out the harmful or negative effects to our skin as a result of environmental pollutants. I also liked  the "anti-polluaging" term because it seems like an excellent Scrabble word. Hahaha! It also does sound better than anti-pollution in my mind at least.

@itsfi   Oh I like that term 😂. And your right, if they would change what they say it can do in response to the pollution is a better description.

@itsfi  Sephora Collections masks annoy me 😅 In most of the ones I've seen, the fragrance is in the middle and the star ingredient is toward the end after fragrance 😐 In the mango one for example, not only is watermelon near the top and listed before mango in the ingredients, but mango is also listed near the end and after fragrance. 🤨

omg @Shosh85, that's exactly what went through my mind when I looked at the INCI list. 👊 At first I wodered whether I picked up a watermelon mask because it was so high on the INCI list. They should have just called it a tropical fruits mask. 

Yeah, I'm not a fan of added fragrance coming so far ahead of the key ingredient! It just doesn't make sense. I prefer no added fragrance but if it's going to be there, being the last ingredient listed is the way to go.

Thanks for the review @itsfi ! I always find the other version a bit scratchy so this is good it’s made of something else. I also find their masks a bit higher on the price side though so maybe not for me ! At least the results weren’t bad though!

@Kim888there's a slight stiffness to the material in some of the masks in the clean line that I don't experience with other eucalyptus fiber masks. These may be better for you - the material wasn't what I'd consider second skin but it didn't take any effort to get the sheet to lay flat and stick to my face. Yeah, when compared to Japanese or Korean sheet masks, the price point for these is higher than what I'd expect / hope for.

I have a pile of expiry dates that are soon. So I grabbed this one. I have some redness around my nose. It says detoxification, regulates hormonal imbalances, prevents premature aging. I had it on around 30 minutes. It says to use for 20 to 30 minutes. Did it do any of its claims? I’m not sure. Was it bad? No. I will have to see tomorrow how my face feels. I didn’t notice any results after use. I topped it with First Aid Beauty FAB Pharma Arnica Relief & Rescue Mask 3.4 oz/ 96.4 g  which I’ve been using often! Says 2-3 times a week. I use it when I mask at night.
