Makeup Madness Challenge 2024 – CHAMPION REVEALED: Check out Community's favorite product!

We’re kicking off March right by bringing back the BIC’s favorite beauty bracket challenge – Makeup Madness! 😉 For the fourth year in a row, we’re putting makeup-related categories to the test by asking Community members to pick their favorite between two every week. At the end of the bracket, we’ll know which makeup category will earn this year’s Community Champion crown. 👑

In past years, Mascara, Lipstick, and Eyeshadow have earned the honorable title of Makeup Madness winner. This year, we’re bringing eight fresh categories into the frenzy – we’ll reveal them slowly and keep a visual of the current bracket updated below!

Cream blush how I love you. While I do appreciate what a lash curler can do I need the extra brightening a cream blush can give. Some other favorites not mentioned last time I don’t think- Glossier Cloud Paint Gel Cream Blush Haze ( never patchy and layers so well), Wander Beauty On-the-Glow Blush & Illuminator Petal Pink/Nude ( I love the illuminator on the other end too, great combo!) , Saie Glow Sculpt Multi-Use Cream Highlighting Blush Mauveglow , MERIT Flush Balm Cream Blush Rouge (my favorite formula of all of them) , PATRICK TA Major Headlines Double-Take Crème & Powder Blush Duo Not Too Much for the perfect neutral.

Cream blush. As I mentioned before, I hate lash curlers for various reasons 😂 and don’t need ‘em (not even for my short straight lashes) when I can use a lash primer or just a very good mascara instead. But also, I happen to genuinely love cream blush. Sure, I can use powder blush instead (and I do love powder blushes too), but there are some cream blushes I prefer to powders. 

Let’s see, what didn’t I tag last time… early this morning, I ordered LYS Beauty Higher Standard Cream Glow Blush Sticks Curvy because I adore the other shade I bought last month (Unfazed). And if I didn’t tag LYS Beauty Higher Standard Satin Matte Cream Blush before, lemme do that justice right now. I wish Sephora still carried Fenty Beauty by Rihanna Cheeks Out Freestyle Cream Blush 07 Drama Cla$$: it’s not as purple on me as I’d like, but it is a lovely plum. I think Sephora does still have Fenty Beauty by Rihanna Cheeks Out Freestyle Cream Blush Big Melons which is another great shade.

I almost forgot to post this round - and not just because it's a hard one for me to pick between either. I love my brushes but right now I can get on with using my fingers or a beautyblender for my makeup so it's LIP OILS for me this week @TeamBIC (this year has been a challenging Makeup Madness all around, btw)!
