@Scarlett1990 Do you ever wear lip balm under lip gloss? That’s my recommendation. Think of lip balm as skincare (moisturizer) for your lips. Apply balm, give it a couple minutes to settle in, then lightly press a tissue or the back of your hand against your lips to remove any excess. Then just apply any gloss you want.

I had posted the other day about a Veteran's Day Casual Ceremony outside where it would be warm (USA-South). I posted a couple of pictures that I asked the opinion about? I scrapped the dress and went another direction. I was able to find a cute top (although it was long sleeve) to wear with some denim shorts. I added some Sarah Creal Red Lipstick to match the outfit. I liked this look for the outdoor ceremeony although I would have probably been happier with a short sleeve shirt. Anyhow, I do not usually wear lipstick quite this red, but I think it turned out wonderully for the Veteran' s Day casual ceremony. The temp was around 75F.
