Agreed! Mine is 11-18 and based on the comments it looks like this has been a problem for years and nothing has been done to resolve it. Clearly this birthday gift setup isn't fair to the customers with birthdays toward the end of the year but obviously it isn't a priority to Sephora. I'm a new customer, but seeing all these comments about this problem I don't have a very good impression of Sephora and how they treat their customers. I will shop elsewhere.

@shan2on @Sephora employee here we had 7 options in our store and now we only have 3 left not including the 250 points reward. Toward the end of the year the bday reward options get smaller and smaller and some do not end up getting a restock.

@magpie31 similar thing happened to me...I was unable to get the Kay Ali.
