@Emms1801 tendrias que contactar a la compania de envio. Por lo que entiendo, una vez que Sephora lo envia, realmente no hay nada que puedan hacer. Si no encuentras solucion, puedes ver si hablas con tu banco y disputas el cargo ya que no recibiste el paquete.

Okay, so here’s the thing. I am not much of a beauty guru, but these lip masks are everything!!! They’re the Sephora Collection moisturizing lip mask. My sister and I bought some and had a girls' night, and they were so much fun! I highly recommend them for those who just want to have a fun ( and affordable) girls' night!

I'll start it off. My first purchase from Sephora was one of their shower gels. It was the first time I had been to a Sephora store - in San Francisco!!!
