Why are there no new rewards, except for 100 points value, this week. All I've seen is the sold out of the same things.all week.The USA has a variety of rewards that are not offered on the Canadian site. This is ridiculous how much less the Canadian rewards site has compared to the States. I have been looking for rewards since Tuesday Nov 25 when I tried to get the Something Beautiful pouch but just kept getting error sku then it was removed entirely.  The pictures below are some of the rewards offers in the States today while Canada has nothing new.  Sephora is unrewarding. I usually buy the Ordinary and Sephora brand but now I'll just buy The Ordinary on there own site.

Hi @clyndi ! Have you asked Sephora Customer Service about this yet? They might be able to help with your missing points. For future points: in-store at the checkout counter, make sure the phone number (or email address) you give the Sephora employee matches the info in your Sephora Beauty Insider account. If you’ve been doing that and still haven’t gotten points for purchases, let Customer Service know.

@cryis58 Have you contacted Sephora Customer Service yet? They should be able to help you. Also, make sure your skincare purchase met the minimum spend amount for that challenge task. Sometimes a “buy a [whatever] product” task requires a minimum $25 or $50 spend on that product category. That requirement should be stated in the challenge task’s terms.

Agreed! Mine is 11-18 and based on the comments it looks like this has been a problem for years and nothing has been done to resolve it. Clearly this birthday gift setup isn't fair to the customers with birthdays toward the end of the year but obviously it isn't a priority to Sephora. I'm a new customer, but seeing all these comments about this problem I don't have a very good impression of Sephora and how they treat their customers. I will shop elsewhere.
