I just would like to purchase some make up ! Why is that so hard ??

I really wanted to refresh all my make up. It’s been a while new foundation new concealer maybe a new blush maybe some new lipstick color so I went to Sephora in the mall and I spent at least 45 minutes to an hour there and every color they chose was out of stock or the color they choose was horrible on me They did such a horrible match most of the stuff that they chose maybe it was because it was what they had in stock ?? Or maybe because they don’t know what they’re doing  45 minutes later maybe an hour I walked out empty-handed. This is my second try anyone else , having this problem ?
