if you’re referring to to the beauty offers, they usually require a minimum purchase amount like $25-$45 BUT they won’t work if you’re using the savings promo code because they can’t be combined (i think)

AHH wish someone had told me that. I purchased 4 gift items for $174 CAD ! No one in store told me omg 😞 oh well, im new to shopping for makeup, and currently doing research on what  I should buy for myself so hopefully i figure it out by the time we get to black friday sales

Normally if you sign in you put your birthday and on the day of your birthday or a little before or after it will have a place to redeem your free birthday reward but you have to make a $25 purchase with it

Hey girly pop so u can get free items when it’s ur birthday but u need to put in ur birthday when signing in

@ScarboroughK  That’s happened to me before.  If you go to your account page you can click on ‘buy again’.  That will show you your product purchases.  If they’re there then you’ve made a purchase and your confirmation is likely either on its way or in junk mail.
