today i wore Coach Sunset Dream layered with Kylie Cosmic..both of them are on the floral side.. i liek jasmine and tonka bean fragrances... its a blend that i really enjoy,,both the perfume si mentioned have jasmine in them and are on the musky/woodsy side..thye are a great wear for this cozy weather

my ride or die is valentino donna born in roma..a new found love is Kayali Freedom 34..its a beautiful gourmand perfume which is also slighly musky,, i would say its perfect for winter season!it would go great with Kayali Latte 41 which is a strong coffee frangrance! i yet have to buy that, but its reaaaaalllly nice another foolproof wouldl be YSL mon paris or Libra.. both get compliments and can be worn day or night time.. i feeel these are a few perfumes that go all year around

Today's scent of the day was another layering experiment: Glossier Glossier You Eau de Parfum 1.7 oz / 50 mL eau de parfum spray + Ariana Grande Cloud Eau de Parfum . I was looking online for fragrance layering inspiration, and I saw someone (on Reddit I think) say these two layer well together. They're both 2 of my favorites, so I thought, why not try it?I did quite like this combo, and would definitely try it again. It was interesting to see how the 2 scents meshed together. They seemed to blend fairly evenly at first into an interesting mixture of both, but Cloud does last longer than You overall, so by the end of the wear time I was mostly getting Cloud on its own. Next time I try this combo, I'll try moisturizing with Vaseline before I apply the fragrances (which I like to do sometimes to extend wear time), and see what difference that makes.I have no idea what to call this fragrance combo...Cloudy You? You When It's Cloudy? Cloudy with a Chance of You? 😂 suggestions welcome!

A recent candle that I enjoyed: Nest Autumn Plum.Brand description: "This fall candle captures the sweet, woody aroma of freshly fallen autumn leaves with wild plum and cinnamon wrapped in the warmth of patchouli leaf and cashmere wood."I got this one last year as part of a set of 3 fall candles from Nest - Autumn Plum, Pistachio & Wild Fig, and Pumpkin Chai. I ended up liking the other two a bit more than this one, but they were all really good.

I haven't given this one a test drive yet, @Margalee . Nest is one of my faves too.

   Here are some of my favorite vanilla scents: Mugler Alien Goddess: I get so many compliments when I wear this perfume. People always stop and ask me what perfume am I wearing and how amazing I smell. It's long lasting and doesn't fade away, lasts for hours after applying.Burberry Goddess: Not quite as strong as vanilla scented as others but still one of my favs. YSL Black Opium: Love this scent! It does not fade out and lasts all night!LaVanilla: Vanilla/Coconut: Love, love, love this one! And compared to others, it is affordable, $55 for a 2.0 FL Oz. bottle.

@jlclvlnd Have you tried Lore? I'd love to know projection and longevity. There's one I think I might like to have but I'm not a super fan of two to four hour fragrances. I know some people prefer two to four hour fragrances for the refreshing sprays of top notes and they love to spray the fragrance but I an hoping for at least six or seven.
