payment option error

having trouble checking out as apple pay is not showing as an option. i’ve tried removing products that might have had a shipping restriction, updating the app, enabling apple pay but nothing. signed into my daughter’s account and it was there! is it an account issue or something?

 If you have an item with a shipping restriction in your basket, Apple Pay may not be available. I'm sorry about that!
