complaint!!!

This is at least the 3rd time I've gone to sephora with a return/exchange and was given a problem and DENIED it due to "a new policy" being enforced that was NOT a policy previously because I always ask for this reason !!!!! I spend good $ here and will no longer if nothing is done about this, I can get ANY and ALL of these SAME products from the supplier DIRECTLY or from Ulta or ANYWHERE and do NOT have to support this type of company that advertises "you can try and bring it back if unhappy" just for it to be a LIE !!!!!!!
