canceled point redemption

I ordered a makeup product and redeemed 2 things using my points, but my point redemption was cancelled. The product I bought is still being delivered and says it was shipped out, however my point redemption still shows cancelled. The points were refunded back to me but I don’t understand why they were cancelled in the first place. Can someone help me understand why? Thank you 🙂

I'm sorry about this! This means the point redemption item went out of stock during process and I apologize for any disappointment this may cause. New rewards release each Tuesday and Thursday around 9 a.m. PST so please check back!
