My order has been in "in process" status for a week. What should I do?
I placed an order on the website on 10/17, today is 10/26 and my order
is still in "in process" status. It is taking a very long time. Please
let me know if my order will be shipped?

didnt get any samples
First time ordering, everyone talked about the cool free samples, even
in the email when you subscribe says Beauty Insiders get free samples
with each purchase, however, I did not get them. Very disappointed with
