Temporary Benefits Q

Hi all! I was recently hired (part-time) as a beauty advisor and was told the role would be temporary and at the end of the season they’d let me know if I’d transition to permanent. Do temp employees receive any free products as a benefit of their employment or is that only for permanent employees? I keep seeing mixed answers on this.
