Sephoria 2023

Are we really expected to wait 4-6 weeks for this box to ship POST-EVENT even after we paid for shipping? It certainly doesn’t take this timeframe to ship anything especially domestically. It’s been radio silence on any type of expectation and no one seems to have a direct answer from customer service…nothing like last year or years prior and extremely disappointing, they absolutely dropped the ball this year

I haven’t received any communications on the event (attending virtually) at all since sign up months ago. I emailed Customer Service about a week ago asking when I’d receive my swag bag and was told I’d receive a shipping/tracking email when it shipped. Nothing about the event or shipping at all as of yet. So you were told the swag would be delayed 4-6 weeks???

If you need to have the email resent, please visit > https://virtual.sephoria2023.com/us/join and click "Already Registered?" where you can re-enter your email address to have it resent. I agree with you, it has been an absolute radio silence this year. I have not received a link or notification or anything that would indicate what’s happening with the swag bag. I also saw and the child that for people who purchased the $65 ticket they will get travel size or sample size items which is also not OK

@Estherlyn I apologize for the confusion! If you purchased a Virtual Key Swag Bag, you should receive an email with the tracking soon.

I received the email but my box has been in label created for a week.  This is completely unacceptable.  I want an actual legitimate update,  not the same lines that mean nothing.  I am ready to issue a charge back on the basis of not getting something I paid for months ago that was supposed to ship in September and there has been no communication on when or even if at this point I will actually get it.

Appreciate the response but it’s nothing I haven’t heard already, I guess we will have to wait and see
