Sephora credit card 25 discount not working

I have been shopping at Sephora for as long as I can remember. I finally signed up for the credit card and went to checkout for the 25% discount for your first purchase and it says something about that my profile and cart makes the discount not work. I am seriously considering never shopping here again. SCAM!

Same thing happened to me. I just applied to credit card and I don’t see the 25% discount. I don’t want to pay if it’s not gonna deduct the 25%. My total does not include the discount. Please help.
