Send wrong samples. Sample I reviewed I’m allergic to

This is now the second time that different sample (that I picked) were sent to me. This time I was sent two of the same perfume, that I’m highly allergic to (skin rash, eyes swell, migraines, itchy throat). 


why even have us pick sample if you won’t send what we pick!?!


I want the samples I picked or at least given an alternate choice.

@clutchcaptured I'm sorry to hear that you didn't receive the samples you selected. We do have to make substitutions if the samples you select are unavailable in the distribution center that is processing your order. I understand this can be disappointing and I will share your feedback with the appropriate department for future improvements.
