Says I need to be logged in for 5x points

Dior items in my cart but when I try to activate the 5x Dior points, or type the code, it says I need to be logged in to be able to activate it. Which I am. I also logged out and logged in, in case it was a system issue, and that’s not the problem either. So what is the problem?
