No samples Again and again and again

I received my parcel today and of course no samples ….  Having sample is one of benefit to order online isn’t it ? Every time I write down , and other ppl did too. Why they don’t change ?  I understand it’s COMPLETELY but soooooo disappointed it’s happened quite a lot .

I’m getting the samples but not the ones I selected. I understand it’s “while the quantity lasts” so I don’t mind it.

My samples also didn’t arrive. One of the original samples I had chosen were out of stock so I chose a different one. Then nothing but my birthday gift arrived with my order.
Sigh.
