Sorry for the confusion. We can link your Beauty Insider card to your online account for you. But if you have a Sephora Collection Gift Card, you will need to enter the card number and pin number at checkout before submitting your order! If you need assistance in adding your Beauty Insider card to your online account, please send me a private message with your registered email address and BI card number.
