looking for new base!!

hi!! so for a while now i’ve been struggling with my base for my makeup, i have my skincare routine down to a T for at night but no matter what combination i use, or even if i just use spf/moisturizer, my makeup seems to crumb off or doesn’t sit right on my skin. currently im using either cerave moisturizing crème, or lipkar treatment from la roche posay (which makes me too shiny.  if anyone has had a similar problem and has found a fix i am eager to know!!! thanks !!
