Yes, someone asked about Opal on FB and they said it was for both countries.

I don't think anyone at BITE has confirmed Frozen Berries is US exclusive, but it first came up during the Sephora SBES training last month that it was US only, so I'm pretty sure it is.  I think that's why we are getting the maple ones...

Thanks. Just saw that lol. I sent them a message asking about it... I'll post when I get a reply. 🙂  In any case the Opal is really what got my attention. I love those types of lip products. Can't wait to know the actual release date!

I wonder when the trade thread for Maple/Frozen berries should/will commence? I noticed that people say they are willing to trade on the other threads, but there doesn't seem to be a thread committed to matching up US beauties to Canadian beauties for a swap.

It might end up being a little more complicated than that as the two collections may not be released simultaneously. (Hrm, would that actually be more complicated or less complicated?) Anyway, the Canadian Maple collection is supposed to be available in July, whereas BTer sbowden mentioned (on the BITE LLLR thread) that she inquired about the Berry collection while at the BITE lip lab in NY and the woman there told her it is to be released in October. BUT the 'Opal' lip items are still supposed to be available in July.

Interesting...but blue and pink sparkles aren't really my thing. I prefer golden ones only because the blue ones clash with my skin!

I used to think the blue sparkles clashed with my skin too, but I tried them again in NARS 'Violet Atom' multiple and I love it! I think this would look beautiful layered over a magenta lipstick on your skintone!

Ohhh. It looks like the NARS 'Violet Atom' Multiple. I do love this. And I want to see it paired with 'Quince' or 'Crimson.' Thanks for sharing!

You're right, it does look like violet atom.  Conflicted...  The only difference is this seems shinier than I can ever get VA to look on my lips.

So are the Opal lipstick and creme gloss going to be a Canadian-only issue? I understand that Canada gets the Maple line and the US gets frozen berries - do they both get opal?? Maybe I should just ask Bite on FB.....

I don't think the opal is Canada only.  The website I pulled it from (beautizine) is Canadian though, so perhaps they wouldn't mention it being available to US)

OK got an answer from Bite thru FB they said that the Opal will be available to both US/Canada yea! 🙂

Our fellow BTer veronika23 posted a question on the BITE Beauty Facebook page, inquiring about a sneak peek of the 'Opal' lipstick to be released next month. She received a basic response with no commitment as to when or where, but it sounds like we can probably be on the lookout for some teasers soon! Fingers crossed! (Thank you, Veronique!)

Idk what it is, but I am hooked on Bite. I am really excited for the new releases. I've wondered about the shimmer add on to the custom lipsticks at the lip lab, maybe this is the introduction to those types of lip products? Whatever it is, it'll be mine 😈 lol
