I’ve tried a couple of brands, including Knix and Thinx, and they work pretty well for light to moderate days. Recently I tested Everdries, and honestly, I was impressed. They felt more comfortable and discreet under clothes. They’re not a full replacement for heavier days, but for daily confidence, they’re solid.
