@itsfi - You can tell from the flower shapes there are two different types of plants in the pot. I think this makes the planting look gorgeous! You don't need to repot unless the plants are showing signs of being pot bound. They look happy to me. 🙂

I didn't take a picture but this is the recipe that I cooked today. I had to improvise a little bit but it turned out delicious. It was the second time I made it (I improvised the first as well) and both times it's worked out. It's from What to Cook When You Don't Feel Like Cooking My substitutions today were celery for the fennel bulb, extra maple syrup for the dates, and stuffed Kalamata olives instead of green pitted olives. I also sauteed a red onion along with the celery and the garlic. I didn't make the couscous but the sauce was delicious with plain white rice and roasted veggies. Last time I added mushrooms when sautéing and and that was delicious as well.
