What supplement do you take ?

What supplements do you take ? Since when ? And what is your experience ?

 

I take: 

 

-Chlorella (since a good 6 months)

 

I got curious and started reading about it; it helps with many things like digestion (detox properties).

 

Note: you dont need to have digestion issues to take chlorella; i dont have issues, but if i eat something a bit heavier and take it, i feel a difference.

 

 

-Black fermented garlic (since 3 months) 

 

The supplement i take has black garlic, cayen and hawthorn in it.

 

Its good for the respiratory system, but i didnt start taking it for that. 

 

Note: i feel a difference in my breathing after only 20 minutes. 

 

 

-Vitamin D3 with K2 (since 2 years inconsistantly) i need to get more constant.

 

-Greens supplement powder

 

-Ceylon cinnamon (i add it to water with the greens powder)
