Hello Ladies, 

We all know to drink plenty of water because our skin needs that first and foremost.  

Exfoliation is also key ,at least once a week,  I use Peter Thomas Roth pumpkin Exfoliation first and next I use the peter Thomas Roth firm peeling jelly (favorite). I also do a shaving Exfoliation to get any peach fuzz and dried up skin. A roller I keep in my freezer for a few minutes leaves my skin ready for that glow recipe watermelon glow

PHA &BHA toner.

Iam ready for my moisturizer and sunscreen and wow my skin feels like a baby's bottom.
