Hi! I received these gummies as a sample, and was curious if they really work. I don't really like to take supplements like these, but I don't want to waste these either. So do they really work, or are you just paying for the brand?

I don’t know what the marketing claims are for your specific product, but I wouldn’t expect to see results after consuming a couple of samples. Most supplements have to be taken consistently over a long period of time to have any kind of effect. That being said, I don’t think there’s any harm in taking the sample if you’re curious about Hum.
