Vegan/CF dupe for MAC Strobe Cream

Been on the hunt for a vegan/CF replacement for my MAC Strobe Cream... thoughts on the Rare Beauty Illuminating Primer? I’m interesting in using it on my skin as a first layer and/or mixing in with my foundation. Also, I have dry skin and I’m looking for a product that will provide some moisture the way Strobe Cream did.

 

Any thoughts on the RB primer, or other suggestions would be much appreciated. TIA!

@caarrrinnaa Try Glossier Futuredew.  It is vegan and CF.
