Is anyone struggling with the KVD foundation balm?

So the foundation balm goes on beautiful! But I can’t seem to figure out how to keep it in place. I lock it with powder. I set it with Charlotte Tilbury setting spray. I use a primer. And yet I can’t keep it from coming off on my mask within an hour or two of being at work. Any ideas I might not be considering? Thank you!
