HUDA alternative that is Leaping Bunny certified?

I used to love the HUDA BEAUTY #FauxFilter Matte Buildable Coverage Waterproof Concealer Cotton Candy 2.3 Beige , But since doing some research I've learned that they still sell online to China - bypassing any "cruelty-free" standards as all products sold in China are required by law to test on animals.  This is why although being certified as "cruelty-free" on paper (there is no legal definition as to what cruelty-free is), they have not opted in to be Leaping Bunny certified.  I'm looking for a similar product is consistency and coverage that is Leaping Bunny Certified!  I don't use alot of makeup or products, but the ones I do use must be Leaping Bunny certified... PETA certified is good but not up to the standards of Leaping Bunny, in my opinion.
