Summer is finally here, Beauty Insider Community! To celebrate one of the most fun times of the year (aka Hot BIC Summer 😉) we’re bringing in an exciting new summer challenge in the form of the first official virtual BIC World Tour! ✈ We know not everyone is able to travel at this time, so let’s go together virtually 💕

Each week we’ll have a new vacation-themed prompt where you’ll get to share your fantasy favorites as we travel to different climates and places across the world! 🌎

Check in time: Each Friday launches a new travel destination and prompt, so check back to this post weekly for more vacay fun:

• (Week 1: 7/1 - 7/7) Your ultimate summer vacay: Close your eyes and picture your dream vacay … now answer this question: if you could only bring 5 beauty products along with you on this trip, what would they be?

• (Week 2: 7/8 - 7/14) Hot BIC Summer: Battling against heat and humidity is no easy task! Talk about your most powerful tools, products, or tips that help you fight against the sun.

• (Week 8: 8/19 - 8/26) Cold weather hydration must-haves: Snow, icy winds, and cold temps – it’s not hot everywhere this time of year! Some of those most breathtaking sights take place in the cold! What are you bringing to keep your skin hydrated and feeling healthy?

Week 5: G-L-A-M-O-R-O-U-S night on the town

Oh goodness gracious, I don't remember the last time I got all glammed up to go out @Anna2BT, but I recently attended a birthday dinner with a few folks, and decided to use that as an opportunity to get dressed up and play with some new-to-me beauties. Not full glam, maybe more of an “something looks different, in a good way, about you” glam.

Face:

• SEPHORA COLLECTION Clean Eye Mask Caffeine to add some pep to my under eyes
• Summer Fridays ShadeDrops Broad Spectrum SPF 30 Mineral Milk Sunscreen 1.7 oz / 50 mL because it’s lightweight, absorbs easily and quickly, and does not leave that dreaded white cast that many 100% mineral sun blocks can
• Armani Beauty Luminous Silk Perfect Glow Flawless Oil-Free Foundation #, a HG foundation through and through. It evens tone while giving me a lovely glow
• Lancôme Teint Idole Ultra Wear All Over Full Coverage Concealer  on a couple of pesky PIH spots
• A quick pass with a light hand of the MAKEUP BY MARIO SoftSculpt Transforming Skin Enhancer®  on the parts of my face where the sun would normally hit me to add a little bronzy glow to my mug
• A sweep of Laura Mercier Caviar Stick Eye Shadow Moonlight  across my lids for a little pop of color
• Not pictured:  Lancôme Monsieur Big Waterproof Mascara 01 Waterproof Big is The New Black # a tried-and-true favorite mascara to my curled lashes
• SEPHORA COLLECTION Retractable Rouge Gel Lip Liner 12 the red -. I usually start off with just the liner all over and blot for a stain and keep the Fenty Beauty by Rihanna Gloss Bomb Universal Lip Luminizer Fenty Glow # in my purse if I feel I want a more glossy look. 
• Tatcha Aburatorigami Japanese Blotting Papers for my very oily T-zone

Body:

• Fenty Beauty by Rihanna Body Sauce Body Luminizing Tint for the legs. This is okay - color and glow is good but it can run onto my clothing if it’s hot and humid
• I like to set it with the MAKEUP BY MARIO SoftSculpt Transforming Skin Enhancer®  , both to deepen the color on my legs and to give it more glow. I’ve found the SEPHORA COLLECTION Makeup Match Body Makeup Brush  to be very helpful when it comes to application.
• Not pictured - light application of the TOM FORD Soleil Blanc Shimmering Body Oil # (gratis - thank you @TeamBIC!) to my collarbone and shoulders for some sparkle and scent

Hair:

• First step for getting ready is to put my twist my hair and keep it up with a large clip
• I pull out the clip right before I exit the car and zhuzh it up with my fingers before heading into wherever it is I’m going.
• The Oribe Mini Dry Texturizing Spray 2.2 oz/ 75mL # comes out of my clutch if and when my hair needs a refresh during the evening

@Anna2BT For my glamorous night out looks, I choose or a red lip, or a smoky eye (sometimes I go crazy and go with both 😁)

My favorite foundation for a night out is Estée Lauder Double Wear Stay-in-Place Foundation 4N2 Spiced Sand, because it has medium to full coverage and great staying power, needed in these Florida hot and humid nights. If using a luminous foundation, like another love of mine Dior Dior Forever Skin Glow Hydrating Foundation 4W Warm , I would add Urban Decay All Nighter Waterproof Makeup Setting Spray Standard Size - 4 oz/ 118 mL to extend the wear.

Day or night, I always add lots of mascara using Lancôme Monsieur Big Waterproof Mascara 01 Waterproof Big is The New Black with Bite Beauty Upswing Full Volume Mascara 0.4 oz / 12mL as second coat.

As a base for my smoky eyes I use or black  GXVE BY GWEN STEFANI Line It Up Clean 24-Hr Gel Pencil Waterproof Eyeliner Spiderwebs (so soft and easy to blend, being very long lasting once it sets, it won’t move) or dark brown SEPHORA COLLECTION Sephora Colorful® Eyeshadow 298 Tiramisu 

As eyeshadows any can work, but my favorites are Anastasia Beverly Hills Sultry Eye Collection Palette Vault, PAT McGRATH LABS Mothership V Eyeshadow Palette - Bronze Seduction, PAT McGRATH LABS Mothership I Eyeshadow Palette - Subliminal and Mothership III Subversive.

For lips, or my neutral/cool HG SEPHORA COLLECTION Retractable Rouge Gel Lip Liner 29 dressed to the 90s or any gorgeous red like GXVE BY GWEN STEFANI I’m Still Here Longwear Clean Matte Liquid Lipstick Original Recipe, Yves Saint Laurent The Slim Velvet Radical Matte Lipstick 302 Brown. No Way Back. , or SEPHORA COLLECTION #LIPSTORIES Lipstick 27 Hong Kong By Night just to mention a few with different finishes.

And of course, I need to add some of my new love TOM FORD Soleil Blanc Shimmering Body Oil (thank you @TeamBIC!! 🤗) for a sparkly body!
