Olaplex or Briogeo?

Olaplex or Briogeo’s banana and coconut? I have had my eye on the Briogeo banana and coconut since it came out but have been using the Olaplex shampoo and conditioner (sometimes the hair perfector) and am happy with it. It repaired my hair a lot at first but I feel like don’t always feel or see the same affects now. Also, I’m one of those people who likes to switch it up (if it’s worth it). Which products do you like better and why?

I know it's been awhile since this was posted, so maybe the poster doesn't need my answer.  I'm responding for posterity & maybe it will help someone....

Our skin likes routine & my skin in particular will break out if i try switching things up too much. 

Our hair I've noticed is a different story. 

Have you noticed that it may LOVE a certain brand of co-wash, shampoo, conditioner, leave-in conditioner, etc., etc....  But, after awhile you start noticing that your hair isn't as wonderful as you remember it being?

BUT! when you change to a new quality brand just as good as what you're currently using (or maybe better) you notice a dramatic change in your hair & you think the product was the magic cure?

Problem is, you might never know if the new products are truly better, because...

Reality Check: your hair was going to improve just by changing products anyway.

So the moral of my story is... CHANGE & CHANGE AGAIN. OR CHANGE BACK if you only love two brands. 

I.E. Olaplex to Briogeo to Ouai to Pureology to etc. to etc.

I.E. Olaplex to Briogeo  (REPEAT). 

HAIR LOVES CHANGE!

At least mine does, though I'm not hair expert.  Did I mention that?  Maybe I should have mentioned that before.... 😁 LOL

@Dani631  I absolutely love both. I used olaplex to repair my super damaged hair and it did wonders. But now I’m using the banana coconut!

If you are getting results using Olaplex why would you switch? It is doing its job - repairing your hair.

@Dani631 I love the Briogeo coconut banana set. For me, it comes down to the scent. If you want a quality shampoo and conditioner that smells like banana candy sprinkled on a tropical smoothie - then I say go for it. It has been good for my color treated fine hair, doesn't leave it greasy, and cleans without stripping my hair dry.
