Monthly Favorites: September 2024 Edition!

I hope September has been good to you, BIC 🧡 As for me, I’ve been savoring the last moments of summer ☀ so I could welcome the cozy transition to fall with open arms – call me EXCITED 🍂 This month has also been full of travel for close friends’ weddings, so I had to reactivate my makeup skills to pull out some glam looks 🤩 As a skincare girly, I’ve been simultaneously giving my skin some extra love since we’re not in the routine of doing a regular beat. Smelling good is also a must, and I tend to reach for something a little fancier when getting gussied for an event 🌟

@CynthieLu  So I like the packaging of the Dragon palette the most, but I think I like the shades in "Evil Eye" the most. I know it probably makes the most sense to purchase based on the actual powers, though! 🙂

@ather  thank you so much! Yes, I have been loving Pink Sugar - it was part of a Sephora Favorites set I got recently and it was my first time trying one of the Summer Fridays lip balms, and I loved it!

@peculiarzmakeup  thank you so much! The pistachio candle smells so yummy, very nutty and maple-y sweet, but they are all amazing! And Glossier Glossier You Eau de Parfum 1.7 oz / 50 mL eau de parfum spray  is one of my favorite perfumes of all time, so of course I had to try the body butter!

You candle selection is so spot on for fall. @caitbird Nest never disappoints with it's scents. I can only imagine these are fantastic! 😍 Do you have a favorite scent from the trio?

@CynthieLu  thank you! You are totally right, Nest has some really awesome scents and they always have great throw. These ones are just as good as I've come to expect from the brand. It's hard to pick a favorite, but I might like Pumpkin Chai best so far; Pistachio & Wild Fig is probably the most unique, but the Pumpkin Chai is like, the perfect pumpkin spice scent IMO.
