Monthly Favorites: September 2022 Edition!

End of September already, BIC! 🤯🍂 Beauty-wise, this has been a month of hydration for me, and that is definitely reflected in my monthly faves. To be honest, a few of the products I’m shouting out here have actually been at the top of my list for the past couple of months, but they’ve become so integrated into my regular routine that I almost forgot about them (considering the number of times I wash my hands throughout the day, is it safe to say that the Ouai soap is my most-used beauty product?). Hydration heavy-hitters aside, I wish I could transmit scent through the BIC and out from your screen for you to catch a whiff of the floral magic that is my new go-to Nest perfume… 😌

Back at you @lmaster - great faves. 🥰 I keep hearing amazing things about the Haus Labs highlighter and I'm very intrigued - I just wouldn't know which shade to try first. 🤪 That Chocolate Opal shade is stunning!

This month I’ve switched back to fuller coverage foundation for the transition to fall and have been reaching to my favorite DIOR Dior Forever Matte Foundation SPF 15 almost daily. I’ve been using the different Hourglass Ambient Lighting Blush Collection shades I own quite a bit too! I’m also moving towards warmer fragrances as well, Yves Saint Laurent Libre Eau De Parfum has been my go to lately.

I finally got my hands on some JVN products and I am SOLD! 

I started using JVN Nurture Hydrating Shampoo 10 oz/ 295 mL and JVN Nurture Hydrating Conditioner 10 oz/ 295 mL followed up with JVN Complete Leave-In Conditioning Mist 5 oz / 147 mL. 

And my waves are loving it too!

Waves for daaaaaays @CarolBT 😍 Love a good JVN haul - I just cracked open JVN Complete Nourishing Hair Oil Shine Drops 1.7 oz/ 50 mL and I'm loving it so far! The scent lingers lightly in my hair and it's just 💜

@CarolBT The JVN Complete Leave-In Conditioning Mist 5 oz / 147 mL didn't work for me but I still want to try some of the other things from the line!  I'm slightly interested in the new JVN Complete Blowout Styling Milk 3 oz / 90 mL.  Have you tried it?

I haven't tried that yet! But I did also get the air dry cream, so I'm going to see how that does for me. What about the mist doesn't work for you? Today I noticed the spray pump was getting a little clogged, so I think I need to pay attention to that and keep it clear. @CookieGirl1

@CarolBT I'd definitely be interested to hear your thoughts on the cream!  The Leave-In honestly just weighed my hair down and made it feel sticky no matter how much or how little I used.
