Monthly Favorites: March 2025 Edition!

Mar Faves visual_032525.jpg

Happy Spring BIC 🌼 I hope this month has treated you well! As for me, I’m not a sports girlie but I would categorize this past month as my own March Madness of sorts and am manifesting more Zen energy in the months to come. 🧘‍ Please raise your hand if you’re also feeling personally victimized by Mercury retrograde – astrology BIC, this is a safe space. 🤭

Even the wildest of times can’t keep me from raving about my latest product goodies, DUH. 💁‍ This month I’ve got OG faves and newbies to chat about. Those who’ve been around for a bit know I’m a MUFE STAN, so I must put you on to their new Super Boost Glosses! 😍 I’ve been eyeing these since they launched and can concur, they don’t disappoint. The shimmer in this Limitless Brown shade is iconic, serves #SparkleBaby like no other, and is a lovely pick-me-up when you’re maybe not feeling your most radiant. I listed one of my all-time fave shades of their lip liner below as well, and the combo is chef’s kiss!

With this new year, I’ve apparently entered my blackhead era and desperate for a miracle. I just started using this Topicals Clearly Mask and am so far loving it. It helps with breakouts and makes me look like a Shrek character which makes for a good laugh. BIC, any additional recos for breakouts/blackheads would be greatly appreciated 🙏

Here are some loves getting me through this month:

Hit it BIC! What can’t you live without this month? Be sure to use the “#” symbol to tag your faves so we can all stack those baskets together 💖

Re: Monthly Favorites: March 2025 Edition!

@CorgiMommy Oh I'm looking for something like this. What are your thoughts?

Re: Monthly Favorites: March 2025 Edition!

It is hands down one of the best foot creams i have tried.  Absorbs quickly, softens my dry heals, and one use during g the day keeps them sift all day @AMK721

Re: Monthly Favorites: March 2025 Edition!

Small but mighty favorites for March, with products that have been part of my routine for years as well as some new-to-me beauties that could very well turn into staples, @KhyleyBT

The winter-spring seasonal shift can be challenging on my skin with dryness continuing to be a very real concern as we move from cold, chilly air to allergy season. The Ordinary 100% Organic Cold-Pressed Rose Hip Seed Oil 1 oz/ 30 mL  keeps my skin soft, supple and moisturized.

I love the neutral-to-warm-leaning reddish brown hue of the SEPHORA COLLECTION Glaze Hydrating Lip Balm 02 Chocolate Shake . It keeps my lips moisturized and hydrated without feeling or looking heavy, gooey or goopy. The only area for improvement would be to have this smell like a chocolate shake.

Elorea Inflorescence Eau de Parfum is a soft, clean, light, fruity-floral. I know, florals for spring.

Glossier Boy Brow Volumizing Eyebrow Gel-Pomade  # is one I keep coming back to time and time again to softly fill in gaps in my brows, without leaving flakes or making them feel stiff

I like all the Bespoke shades in the Merit line, and this month, the MERIT Flush Balm Cream Blush Bespoke  was the standout, giving my face a natural flush of color - a beautiful blush and bronzer in one.

Re: Monthly Favorites: March 2025 Edition!

@itsfi I am interested in that eyebrow gel

My Faves of the Month: March Edition 🐣🩷

Peter Thomas Roth Even Smoother™ Glycolic Retinol Resurfacing Serum 1 oz/ 30 mL

I've had this GWP for awhile and finally got around to using it in February. It's an incredible little retinol product. It feels like it gently exfoliates and double duty, also is a retinol. 💪 I tried it out 2-3 nights a week and it's been going really well. I might strongly consider investing in this when I'm ready to buy my next FS retinol.

☀️ Supergoop! Protec(tint) Daily SPF Tint SPF 50 Sunscreen Skin Tint with Ectoin 14N - fair neutral peace

Speaking of retinol, using it means I'm wearing SPF everyday to protect my skin. This tint is a dream! I love spf's that don't feel like sunscreen. This is soo easy to wear and it's hybrid as a skin tint is well done. It's just a beautiful light coverage. 🤌

⚔️ Anastasia Beverly Hills Slant-Tip Stainless-Steel Precision Tweezers

Aaah, my old favorite pair of tweezers stopped working, it was a bit of a trial and error process finding a replacement. but I tried these and they are just right. They can grab any hair, even super fine ones with ease.

Re: Monthly Favorites: March 2025 Edition!

It’s been a busy month, what with half-price sales, points multipliers, points redemptions.

The YSL blushes are, from top left clockwise, Spicy Berry, Baby Doll, Lavalliere. The highlighter is Gucci 04 Rose Bronze.

No need to be afraid of Spicy Berry being too dark- this is three finger applications on top of my sticky face cream do it didn’t apply smoothly but it’s the satin formula.

Spicy Berry blush

The new Lancôme mascara- A+++!
It’s a thin formula and adds mostly length, applies easily.

A better shot of the mascara. And this is on the eye that bulges so it looks like I have no lashes since they would have to be extra long to show up over the larger lid. No lash curler or comb with this application.

Starting at the top left- YSL Baby Doll, Lavalliere, Spicy Berry, Baby Doll on top of Lavalliere- this combo works really well!!!

IMG_5350.jpegGucci Highlighter 04 Rose Bronze.

IMG_5351.jpeg

Violette_fr-lip baume Betise, Marnie blush ( this works so well for me as a bronzer,) blush Maryam, blush Alissa.

IMG_5354.jpeg

Betise lip, blushes Marnie, Maryam, and Aissa.
These blend beautifully-they aren’t too bright. Strangely Maryam shows up more cool on me than Aissa. This is natural light.

The Belif gold serum is beautiful and moisturizing. Really, really recommend that.

Re: Monthly Favorites: March 2025 Edition!

@Ispend2much6 those YSL blushes and that Gucci highlighter are beautiful 💖

Re: Monthly Favorites: March 2025 Edition!

Those swatches are lovely @Ispend2much6

Re: Monthly Favorites: March 2025 Edition!

@CorgiMommy  Thanks!!

Re: Monthly Favorites: March 2025 Edition!

I'm very intrigued about the new Lancôme Mascara. @Ispend2much6 A+++ you say? 😍

Re: Monthly Favorites: March 2025 Edition!

@CynthieLu  Absolutely!  There’s a mini size too.

I don’t have as many lashes as I used to ( darn menopause,) so this one really helps.

Re: Monthly Favorites: March 2025 Edition!

It's amazing you found the one. @Ispend2much6 🥳

Mini mascara's are perfect in my books, they last awhile and you get to try without committing to a full size. Win win! @Ispend2much6

Re: Monthly Favorites: March 2025 Edition!

@KhyleyBT Did you see that Gisou is adding the Gisou Lavender Berry Honey Infused Hair Perfume 1.7oz / 50 ml  and Gisou Wild Rose Honey Infused Hair Perfume 1.7 oz / 50 ml  ?  You might need to try those next 😉.  I actually haven't smelled the OG but does the scent last very long in your hair?

Re: Monthly Favorites: March 2025 Edition!

Ooh @CookieGirl1, the lavender berry is calling my name 💜 I'd say the OG scent lasts a solid amount of time! I like to use it as a last step on wash day, so not sure if it lasts longer for me since I spray when my hair is still drying.

Re: Monthly Favorites: March 2025 Edition!

@KhyleyBT  Beautiful picture!! And great favs! Omg I laughed out loud at the shrek comment! I love it. I now want to purchase it just to see how it looks!!

Hmm I had been dealing with bad blackheads for a while and I remember Caudalie Mini Pore Minimizing Instant Detox Mask 1.18 oz / 35 mL  working amazing. I also remember another mask in the line working Caudalie Purifying Clay Mask 2.5 oz/ 75 mL  I would rotate. They did cause some drying to my skin. If you find the perfect routine please share!!!

Re: Monthly Favorites: March 2025 Edition!

Happy to hear I got a laugh out of you @ather 😂 I've been curious about the Caudalie masks for a while, but I too often run into issues with detox masks drying me out too much. Might be worth it to try the mini version first though! Will definitely keep you posted if I nail down a routine, I'm determined 💚

Re: Monthly Favorites: March 2025 Edition!

Ahhhh, good to know about the Topicals mask @KhyleyBT; I've had my eye on it for a while because, yes, looking like Shrek sounds like fun, and ... blackheads. Le sigh. 😞 I've had the following in my rotation for sometime and they've been standouts, depending on the season and what manner/stage of blackheads and breakouts have decided to become unwelcome guests. 😅

  • innisfree Super Volcanic AHA Pore Clearing Clay Mask 3.38 oz / 100 ml  - gentle and effective - nose and chin areas. Another good one is Origins Black Honey Charcoal Mask, but I don't think they make it any more. An aesthetician once used honey wax on my nose to treat and remove blackheads - it worked wonders. I am pretty sure it would not be a good idea for me to use a wax on my nose myself (so much could go wrong 🤣), so I haven't tried it on my own.
  • #SEPHORA COLLECTION Gentle Exfoliating Peeling Serum with Niacinamide + Lactic Acid 1 oz / 30 mL - for clogged pores that have a way of occasionally creeping up along my jawline from time to time
  • Paula's Choice BHA 9 Liquid Exfoliant - in the summer when my lower T-zone is oily to veeeery oily

P.S. Your background for your flat lay is beautiful, as is your layout of your faves!

P.P.S. Those MUFE glosses look gooood!! I swatched a couple in store and, ummm, how many days are we away from the savings event?!

Re: Monthly Favorites: March 2025 Edition!

@itsfi  Great options!!! I love the innisfree Super Volcanic AHA Pore Clearing Clay Mask 3.38 oz / 100 ml  so good! 😊

Re: Monthly Favorites: March 2025 Edition!

Beautiful choices @alexasteph Clarins lip stain's are so easy to wear and last so long! 👌 Can I ask, What color(s) do you have?

Re: Monthly Favorites: March 2025 Edition!

@CynthieLu I have the red one, I’m not sure what the actual name is!
