Happy Summer, BIC! I know I’ve been ready for it, and I’m eager to embrace the sunshine with low-maintenance hairstyles, cool down with some self-care, and streamline my makeup routine for a look that’s juuust dewy enough -- only in the places where I want to be. 😅 Some of these picks were even inspired by my fellow Community members, but then again, that’s nothing new! BIC knows best. 😇

How would you compare this Tubing Mascara to others you've tried?

Aw thank you! I actually did this thing last night where half my face of makeup was rare beauty (including mascara) and other half merit, I definatley prefer merit it is so kind to my lashes 😊 @CynthieLu

Now I'm kinda intrigued and curious to try MERIT Clean Lash Lengthening Tubing Mascara 😉

I love the Farmacy Green Clean Makeup Removing Cleansing Balm , @peculiarzmakeup !  I try other brands (currently Tatcha The Indigo Cleansing Balm Moisturizing Makeup Remover 1.9 oz / 54 g ) and always come back to Farmacy.

same! I have the Tatcha The Indigo Cleansing Balm Moisturizing Makeup Remover 1.9 oz / 54 g  it’s so good but once I found the Farmacy Green Clean Makeup Removing Cleansing Balm it was just too good! @Titian06 😊

@peculiarzmakeup, that Biossance scrub is a beauty - it does a nice job of exfoliating gently and effectively. 👍🏼

@ather, just inserting myself in here to support your trying out the Clarins cryo mask. It's really good! You know how I can be skeptical about masks that claim to firm, but it does. I felt parts of my face feel more taut / firm even after the first use. It feels cooling too which not gonna lie, I'm very much looking forward to when it gets warm over here. Clarins is celebrating its 70th year this year and they are not joking around - they've really been bringing their A-game to skincare and makeup over the last year / year-and-a-half. I think @AlexBT would agree, it's been awesome to see and even more so to experience with their products!

@itsfi  You are really selling this to me!!! I bet it would feel amazing after a day in the sun too! I may need to add to cart. I mean who can pass up firm skin!!!

Keep an eye out because I've seen deluxe sample sizes show up as a promo gwp @ather. I purchased a full size when it first launched (because I was too impatient to wait to see if a sample would be available, lol) and have no regrets but it's on the pricier side. You do get a lot of product and a little goes a long way.

That’s smart; a good approach @ather. Do you find that you’re more inclined to summer product releases? Is there something you’re hoping comes out?

@itsfi  Not necessarily! I still have a gift card to use and with my luck once I use it something exciting will be released. I’m not looking for anything specific. My one purchase I was allowed to get was the rhode. I’m trying to be better and I have done a great job not stocking up to much on skincare. Or getting all the new things. But on the plant front I have been buying too many plants. On the bright side we have very clean air!! I also purchased a few shorts and tanks for summer even tho we aren’t having summer weather!! I also bought matching bathing suits for the family for our trip this winter!

Oh my goodness @ather, from my vantage point, your efforts have been phenomenal - inspired and inspiring! Truly. 

In my mind, you haaaad to get something from the Rhode releases. Seriously. Had to. It's a tradition at this point. I hear ya on summer weather not really being a thing, but I think your summer clothing purchases were a wise choice - at some point, summer temps will actually make their way your way and you have to be prepared. And the matching family swimwear, oh my gosh, how can you not get something like that for your trip?!!! That will be so fun! 

Ahhh, can you pass along some of your green thumb to me? Please. I am not doing so great on the plant front. Eeek! One seems to be hearty enough that it has been doing well despite my neglect (do better, Fi!), but one did not make it. Le sigh. I was bummed; it wasn't looking so great when I got it and I was able to breath some life into it and then ... it took a turn for the worse and never recovered. Fortunately, the orchids are still doing well <<knocks on wood>>

@itsfi  thanks for your support!! I agree I had to get something from Rhode! Definitely a tradition that I can’t break! But I actually was allowing myself to make the purchase from Rhode!! 

Ok I love plants and I haven’t tried to keep an orchid so you’re more of a green thumb than me!!! I think the plant that didn’t make it was doomed from the beginning it wasn’t your fault at all!! Don’t give up!!! I’ve got faith in you!!! 

Yes fingers crossed I see summer weather at some point. But if the rain means less fire I won’t complain that much! And the matching swimsuits are adorable and they were on sale!! So win win!

The Cryo mask from Clarins is sooo good! I love the effect it leaves behind on my skin after I use it. It's like my skin is refreshed and has a radiant glow after. 👌 Results we can see feel the best, don't they?  😉💞

Oooh those cute BIC clips have been appearing around the threads. I wonder if one day they may make thier way to the Canadian Rewards Bazaar? 😉🤞

@CynthieLu HAHA yes I'm all about the instant gratification, and the Clarins mask definitely delivers that immediate post-treatment tingle.

Ahhh the Chunks line is so cute - I hope CAN gets it soon, too!
